It all comes down to Space, Space, and More Space…. Large, pleasantly furnished, open living areas are meant to be lived in. Get ready to kick back, put your feet up, and not worry about sitting on a “look but don’t touch” piece of furniture. A cozy card room adjacent to the living room is the perfect place for puzzles and board games… and also provides a quiet spot for that inevitable office work. Wireless Wi-Fi is available throughout most of the villa and on the terraces… Seriously, you might as well lounge by the pool with your laptop if you have to work on your vacation.
A fully equipped kitchen is Command Post Central– the place where the maids are stationed working diligently to create your next tasty snack, frosty drink or delectable feast. The endless stream of custom cuisine served with a cheerful smile is quite pleasant… and so easy to enjoy.
The villa has six air-conditioned bedrooms outfitted to sleep up to 18. A first floor master bedroom en-suite is convenient for guests with mobility concerns but is still close to the action. Three additional spacious master bedroom en-suites with king beds and ocean-view balconies are located on the second floor. There is also a small studio with a crib and rocker setup; a cozy twin bedroom, and the ever-popular dormitory outfitted with 4 twin beds plus a bunk bed. Twin beds can be converted to 2 kings and all bedrooms have individual air-conditioning.

Long term, experienced staff works on all aspects of preparing, cooking, serving and clearing the meals, snacks and beverages; tends to your laundry and keeps the villa and pool spotless… The end result: YOU WILL BE PAMPERED– unlike any other vacation experience.
Young parents will appreciate the basic baby equipment- car seats, playpens, port-a-crib, high chairs, crib, bouncer/ walkers, etc. Plus, a metal security gate that separates the dining terrace from the pool area will provide a measure of protection for fast moving toddlers. And young parents will be happy to know that attentive babysitters and mothers’ helpers are available at very reasonable prices.
You will probably spend most of your time outdoors on the massive open terrace enjoying the warm sunshine and fresh air. But there are also large covered balconies and a curtained dining terrace when you want a break from the sun or shelter from inclement weather.
Playing Musical Chairs will never be required because seating options are plentiful: cushioned chaises, sling recliners, rocking chairs and hammocks are everywhere. However, you may find yourself fighting for a turn on the oversized sunbed, an ever-popular spot for dozing, reading, or building a fort for the kids. It also is a cozy romantic comfortable nook ideal for late night stargazing.

Can there be any more space? YES! Expansive landscaped lawns surround the villa providing plenty of open space to enjoy Croquet, Bocce, Ladder Ball, Tetherball, Frisbee tournaments and more. Even the largest groups will have room to spread out.
